WATCHMAKING SCHOOLS IN GERMANY
The watch industry and some schools have always been present in Germany. The country having been divided into two blocks during the second half of the XXth century a part of the watch brands have diversified in a more current quality or some brands have been mothballed.
After the fall of the Wall and the German reunification, the German watch industry and its schools have been revived. This can be felt in particular with some schools under the umbrella of some watchmaking groups.
