INTERNATIONAL MUSEUM OF HOROLOGY
The International Museum of Horology in La Chaux-de-Fonds (MIH) boasts the world’s largest collection of timepieces. From sundials to state-of-the-art atomic clocks, all eras are represented through objects from a wide variety of origins. The MIH doesn’t only showcase objects; it also explains certain processes and themes related to time measurement in an engaging and educational manner. With its restoration workshop and documentation centre (Man and Time), the MIH is a key player in the preservation, culture, and education of horology on an international scale.
