WATCH COMPLICATIONS
The term watch complication refers to the display or indication of any additional time information beyond the hour, minute and second.
There are three categories of complications; the display of astronomical information, such as calendar information, the measurement of differentiated time, such as the chronograph or watches with a sound signal, such as the Minute Repeater. This last category is generally perceived as the most prestigious by watch lovers.
This differs from the so-called complicated mechanisms, such as the tourbillon, the resonance or the retrograde display for example.
