RETROGRADE DISPLAY
Retrograde display is a mechanism where a hand does not rotate 360 degrees, but is placed on an arc of a circle and returned to its starting point after its maximum angle has been covered.
It is a display that can sometimes be seen in the field of calendars with, for example, retrograde date, day, or month displays, but it is also used for the display of retrograde hours, minutes, or even seconds.
