The Mascarons House was purchased in 1970 by the Association of the Regional Museum of History and Crafts of the Val-de-Travers and forms today, along with the Pension Beauregard in Fleurier and the Absinthe Dryer in Boveresse, the Regional Museum of Val-de-Travers (MRVT), presided over by its Foundation. 

The exhibition dedicated to three centuries of watchmaking activity in the region was inaugurated in 2016. It traces the history of this craft, highlighting both its development and the regional specificities.
